2. Is there a fee when using the assistance of your graphic designer?
No! We have graphic designers on hand to help assist you in designing your perfect banner. Please submit your artwork to artwork@agasmfg.com.
3. When will I receive my Vinyl Banner?
Normal production time for Custom Made Products usually takes about 10-15 Business Days and Rushed production about 3-10 days. Stocked items are usually shipped out within 24 hours.
4. How are they shipped?
Our primary courier is DHL. However, if you wish to ship with a different courier, you may do so by notifying a sales representative.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can send your Custom Banners anywhere in the world.
6. What is A.G.A.S. Mfg. Group’s Return Policy?
Stocked items can be returned within 1 month, however restocking fees may apply. Custom-made products and shipping charges are non-refundable. Please call a sales representative for details.
